New customer and my internet keeps disconnecting, i believe after testing its due to whatever " Lost MDD Timeout" means.. Looking and my network log this clearly shows the pattern of my disconnections and this as the culprit.
I'm sorry to read you are experiencing intermittent broadband connection. I can imagine how annoying this must be.
Looking at your connection, there is an SNR (signal to noise ratio) fault reported in your area which is causing intermittent connection. The reference number is F005166065 and has a review date of today. You can check this on our Service Status page for further updates.
Once the fault has been closed as resolved, we can check your connection again if you are still having the same issue.
