Lost MDD Timeout and slow speeds in Hinckley, LE10

For the last couple of days I have been experiencing severely impaired internet access. The modem log is showing lots of "Lost MDD Timeout" errors. Really sorry you were having problems and for not getting here sooner. At the moment your connection is looking stable from here, hub showing continuously locked for the last 8 days. Little bit of high peak time traffic but not too bad. How has it been for you please?

Hiya, thanks for the response. Since a few attempts at rebooting, it has now been stable for the last week.

Hi Adam, last night it's gone back to being terrible again. Please see the attached image for proof. Can you identify the cause? It seems to happen when the temperature goes below freezing!

Thanks for letting us know about your issues with slow speeds and time outs have returned, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested things from here and I can see that there's a number of time outs inside the Hubs logs, I would like to arrange for this to be investigated further by one of our engineers for you.
