The cable in the ground is damaged. So far three teams have turned up to reconnect a cable that has not yet been replaced. Your help team doesn't know how to help me. Area managers on call don't respond, complaints managers also go home without calling. I am a reasonable man and a chartered engineer so I know sxxx can happen and plans don't work out. But why oh why does Virgin's team thin than **bleep**ting their customers mean that they will be happy.
I can't wait to let them correct my problem and then dump them for BT.
