Hi - we have a Super Hub 2, and used to be able to log in to the admin portal with password "changeme". For some reason this has recently stopped working, and it always rejects the password.
I don't recall the password ever being changed. Also, have tried the reset procedure (hold reset button for 20-seconds) which I understand should reset password to "changeme" (as written on the unit) but sadly still no joy.
Anyone have any ideas what to try ?
When I use Google to search for help, various pages say username "admin" and password "changeme". However, this unit doesn't appear to be asking for any kind of username, just a password. So I wonder if something has changed ? Perhaps it's had a firmware update to a new version with different details ?
