Was told I could do a quick start install, turned out I needed an engineer.
Your engineer turned up after I took a day off work and announced there was no drop cable so no installation.
Was told I would be contacted the next day to let me know what would happen, no contact.
Phoned your call centre, after 40 mins on hold I had to give up.
Spoke to your live chat, was told I would get a call back that evening, no call back.
Now you're shut.
As a company, you've lied to me 4 times already and I have no broadband, no contact and no way to move anything forward. I could not have had a worse experience with you.
Welcome to the forums, I am sorry to see you have had trouble with your installation.
It sounds like you have not had the best time with us over these issues. I can see that you did manage to get through to us over the phone after you posted to this thread.
