Let down !!

After a week of phone calls regarding no internet Virgin arranged to call out today however having taken time off to be at home nobody showed !!

Rang in again to find out what has happened to be told a voice mail was left cancelling the appointment yesterday but operator could not tell me when or on which number .

Not often I complain about service but this week showed me how poor this company is at getting issue concluded.

Full of apologies " not sure what happened here " the type of clueless answers  given.

Pretty poor all round .

Sorry to hear about the problems with your connection, it sounds frustrating. I've just taken a look and noticed that your equipment is currently in a 'non contactable' state which means I can't communicate or test it. I'll drop you a PM (purple envelope, top right) as we might need to arrange for an engineer to call around.
