Keep getting "Lost MDD Timeout" in VIrgin Media Hub logs

Hi, I noticed I have a lot of "Lost MDD Timeout" messages in Virgin Media Hub logs.

Also my speed test according to http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/6069505447 is only 2.88Mbit/s (expected to be >50Mbit/s)

Can you please clarify why do I have so slow speed and if the log message is related?

Update:

After I have restarted the hub, I got good speed again: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/6069526292

I noticed many times that when the speed is very slow only restart helps. Can you please configure your end such that I don't need restarting the hub?

Hi,
Thanks for organising the visit. He came, measured the signal strength in cable and said it is below the minimum so he was going to increase it.
I will be monitoring the connection next days to see if that helped.
