Just setup today internet failure

I set up my hub 3 today New customer , I set it up correctly with the lady on the phone. Made sure everything was plugged in , however I'm getting registration failure even after a text saying you have sent signal to my home . Need urgent help can you tell me what's wrong ?

Hi rolexkid18, 

Thanks for letting us know that you're having some registration errors with your broadband service, I apologise for any troubles incurred.

I have tested things from here and I noticed that everything looks great, no errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of your power levels are within the preferred ranges.

Are you still having these issues? If so, what error messages do you get?

How are you connected, wired or wireless?

Also, what lights are on the Hub?
