Just got Virgin today , on demand & catch up does not work

On demand and catch up does not work and the 2nd box in our bedroom doesn't work at all, the technician said it would do in a few hours but it hasn't. I was reluctant to go ahead with Virgin as from the very first conversation  we had there have been constant mistakes therefore  if this is not resolved by tomorrow I am returning to sky .

Try the service status check.

Mines the same and service status is showing an error with on demand and catch up, estimated fix tomorrow. Seems to be a wide-scale issue judging by the amount of messages about it on here tonight.

AS for the second box not working, that's likely a different issue, try it in the morning if its not working by then well pass it up-line to staff for you
