I received my broadband kit today and from morning I am trying to connect router but its not working. There are arrows on router that are blinking in green color with wifi signal light.
I called Virgin Media 4 times and they are keep transferring my call to other department and still my issue is not resolved.

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and I can see that the Hub is now active and online. I've also spotted an issue with your Downstream Power levels that will need to be adjusted by a technician.
