Is there a problem with Broadband in the TW10 area?

Seems there is no broadband at the moment.  Can't restart router as I am working remotely.

Can anyone confirm if there is an outage?  Postcode is TW10 7LW.  Thanks.

Ring 0345 454 1111 from any phone or use the Webchat, ask for your hub to be rebooted.

if there's an big outage it will be listed in service status, link: https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status

Problem at the moment is Virgin is down for service inquires!
