Is Area 3 TW10 broadband and tv down?

Power cut yesterday now nada on tv or internet.

Is your Superhub showing any error lights ?

If you haven't already done so you could try logging into the My Virgin Media area of the website and clicking on the 'Service Status' link.  This will show any known issues in your area.

I can't trust them.  We have problems when they say there are none, and vice-versa.

It would appear I do have problems with my tivo box.

There was a power cut.

The box is connected to the main via a surge protector.  Whether this makes any difference or not I don't know.

Anyway, it now randomly turns itself on and off.

Anyone else have this problem?

The router seems ok.

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and I can see an issue with your Downstream Power levels that needs to be adjusted. Also, if the box is rebooting itself then we'll need a technician to take a look.
