Ipv4 disabled

I think my son has accidently disabled Ipv4 and now we can't access hub 3. Tried logging into 192.168.0.1 but won't let me.Help!! Please

hiya @Barney-13 if you can still get online IPv4 isn't disabled since the hub operates on ipv4 IP addressing, if you cant access the hub login page first thing would be to reboot the hub using power cable, or resetting using pin hole -> http://help.virginmedia.com/system/selfservice.controller?CMD=VIEW_ARTICLE&ARTICLE_ID=27643&CURRENT_... doing this will reset all settings to default.
