I have had no internet since Sunday 10th. Have called about 7 times now and advised that it's working at their end...which doesn't help me! Have tried connecting a different phone and tablet and still having the same issue...internet may not be available. I was advised to press the reset button on the router...which did nothing. Also did the same on the hub. At my wits end as no one seems to know what the issue is and when it will be fixed. Please can someone help!
