A few weeks ago I was informed via post that maintenance would happen in my area on Thursday 9th March, and that my internet might become unavailable on that date, but would be restored at 5pm.
The internet did become unavailable on 9th March, but was not restored at 5pm and is still not restored.
To me, it seems obvious that something must have happened as a result of this maintenance and I would like to have Virgin check this. Phoning up support, however, I am only given an option to have an engineer come round a week from now. This doesn't make sense - nothing has changed on my end.
Is there anything I can do to get the maintenance checked?
I'm sorry to read you are experience loss of broadband service after maintenance in your area.
