Internet keeps going down

Since New years eve, my internet keeps going up and down at random times of the day, it stated on the service status that there was a fault in the area yet somehow my next door neighbours was up at that time?!?!?!

Since the 2nd the service status says there's no faults however it still keeps cutting off, not only that but every single time i try and use the run test option it comes up with "something broken webpage". It really frustrates me because that test option hasn't been working since like EVER!!
Why have that went people cant use it?!?!?!

I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble with your connection.

 

I've run diagnostics on your hub and the levels are looking healthy at the moment. I've also checked the logs and I can't see any timeout errors. How has your connection been since posting?
