Internet keeps dropping.

Hello.

Past few weeks I've had an issue were my wired/wireless internet drops and it comes back after anywhere from 1minute to 45minutes but it's really annoying now I thought it was happening because they were having maintence but its been like this for 3weeks pretty much. I was thinking that it could of been the router because few of my friends said they had this issue few months ago and it was the router.

Just heads up I took these screenshots when my internet was dropping

These are when my internet is stable.

You only have one upstream channel locked and the power level is too high, should be two minimum.

Downstream only one channel locked and there should be eight.

I'm surprised you're getting anything at all. Phone in to get someone out to look at it. Forum staff can book someone for you but can take over a week to reply.

The first 2 screenshots are when my internet was dropping the other 2 when it was working. In the 3-4th one its fine.

They've not been approved yet so I can't see your last two screen shots.

Regardless, if you haven't got all eight downstream locked and at least two upstream all of the time it needs someone to come out and look at it.

The forum staff can take over a week to respond, if you want it looking at sooner probably best to phone.

Hi Vinzy,

Thanks for getting back in touch, I am sorry to see you have continued to have trouble with your connection. 

I have taken a look and the connection seems ok from this side. 

Looking at the screen shots, were they taken when you were having trouble with the hub. The upstream power levels look a little high but there seems to be a lot of data missing. 

The upstream power levels are fine now. Can you pop up some recent screen shots and a BQM might help us see what is happening from your side. (Please be aware link is external and we're not responsible for its contents).
