Internet dropping out

My internet has been dropping out a lot for a while, but tonight it's been ridiculous. My phone is telling me 'wifi connected, no internet'. On previous occasions it's been 'cannot obtain IP address' amongst others. On every occasion that I've checked network log I've found either T3 or T4 timeouts and just recently been getting 'DBC-ACK not received'.
All connections are sound, unfortunately can't do a direct connection as no laptop.
Can anybody shed any light? For the amount I'm paying every month, I'm getting pretty annoyed and close to just cancelling and looking elsewhere, as my tv isn't exactly running smoothly either.

shame you can't do a wired connection as there is no way to determine if your issues are wifi issues and maybe something wrong with the router, or something wrong with the internet connection.

however if you post the router power levels here it may help. Also when you next have wifi connected but no internet can you connect to your router and see what its status says then.

Thanks for reply. How do I get power levels? Do I just copy the info from router status part? Thanks again.

Thanks for joining the community Smiley Very Happy

Sorry to hear about the poor wireless performance you're experiencing. As we're unable to test your Ethernet connection, we'll have to assume this issue is local to your Wi-Fi. Often changing your wireless channel will improve the performance, especially if the problems are caused by wireless interference.
