Please help .... we currently have 150 mb internet and have massive problems of sudden internet drops out all of the time I am a stay at home mum so no one else using my internet what ciudad cause this ?
To determine what is causing the drop outs we must first determine if the internet connection to the internet is dropping or if the wireless connection to the hub is dropping.
To do this you will need to test the internet connection with a device directly connected to the hub by ethernet cable. It would be useful to know if the hub lights change behaviour when the connection drops.
Posting some basic diagnostic info may help.
Navigate to the hub's GUI using http://192.168.100.1 Don't log in, click the Router Status button in the top right of the screen. Copy \ Paste the Downstream, Upstream, and Network Logs.
Don't worry about the formatting, but do obscure personal information like your WAN IP address.
