Internet down for 2 days now.

So my internet has been down a while now.
Just got off the phone with virgin and aparently theres a fault on my line and it could take till 10pm tomorrow...
Is that a **bleep** take?
I get this is not virgins fault but why should i be paying a full months bill when im not even getting a full months service....
Especially seeming as i had hoped to work from home today but couldnt due to lack of a services i'm paying for...
