Internet down, 1 downstream channel, 0 upstream

Hi

A question, I lost internet on Friday 4:02 (CR4).

Virgin ran tests remotely and say an engineer needs to come (7 day wait).

I checked connection settings and have:
1 LOCKED downstream channel
0 upstream channels

Th one channel I have is:
-12.2dBmV Rx Power
+36dB Rx MER

My question is: from this can it be inferred where the problem lies?

Thanks. I suppose this can be attributed to superhub, cabling back to street, or fibre (though that would affect other customers)?

Are any of these more or less likely or is there another possible root cause.
