hiya @freddysparkle when you say it drops out is this via wired/wireless both?,
Would need to check the signal levels if could go to http://192.168.0.1 clicking router status top right [no need to login] or if using a hub3 would be near bottom of page, and if could copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log, don't worry about the formatting we can easily read it..

Hi i have included all the information this has been on and off for months engineer comes out fixes something goes away and week or two later starts playing up again. i ring india and and they just play with wireless settings and tell me thats how wireless is and it does fluctuate.that is not true so i have switched wireless off and it is in modem mode now. My playstation wont connect to the internet my media player keeps disconnecting as well as my laptop.

nothing really show a miss with the downstream, SnR, upstream.. this would require further investigations by the forum team which has around a weeks wait or less, what router are you using in modem mode?

As I said would need to be checked further by forum admin, or calling broadband support, so your not using modem mode?

My super hub 3 is in modem mode as every time I ring India everything is blamed on the Wi-Fi and all they do is change Wi-Fi channels. So my super hub 3 is in modem mode has been for weeks as I need to prove that it's not Wi-Fi so somebody will take me serious
