Internet LED flashing red during Hub 3.0 Setup

I set up my Hub 3.0 yesterday using the instructions, but I'd left it to 'update' for an hour and we still weren't able to connect to the internet. I restarted the box and saw that the led would be flashing green, as they were meant to, but when the internet LED was flashing it would turn red, go out, then start flashing green again. I left it on over night but it was still looping in the morning.

Any ideas?

Sorry to hear you've had trouble with your Hub 3.0 setup.

 

I've run a diagnostic on your Hub and everything is showing active and connected at the moment. Are you still experiencing any issues?
