Hello - any admin on line and can run checks for me on my broadband service? On the basis of the performance and the cost I am currently looking at moving supplier. You might be saying 70mb but it doesn't deliver that and it is wholly inconsistent!
Can you post your Upstream and Downstream data so we can take a look at your power levels and SNR. Access the Hub by putting the URL 192.168.0.1 in your browser. Do not log in, just click on Router Status to access the pages.
Thanks mate - spoke with them this morning and they are sending me a new hub this week - mines quite an old one. If that doesn't resolve things then I may have to consider a move - its a frustrating service! I also thought the contention issue had been resolved when they made some updates in the area around 10 months ago but whilst it made a massive difference to what was being reported on speed test, it made little difference to delivery to the device/s with constant drop outs.
