Intermittent loss of internet

For the last week or so, we have been intermittently dropping internet connection.  I am using the superhub in modem mode.  Can you do some checks on the equipment please?

You need to contact customer services by phone, VM staff will pick up this post, but not for many days.

Thanks for checking. Its intermittent. When it happens i ring 150 and carry out the check which reveals no issues. It usually lasts about 1-2 minutes most of the time. I have checked for interference, changed channels, restarted and the problem continues at random times. Using the superhub in modem mode with Apple Timecapsule as the router.
