Also I saw that the pre RS errors were quite high so I reset both the counters.
In less than a minute I've accumulated a lot of PRE RS errors on DS-4 again:

I'm very sorry for the connection trouble experienced.
I've checked things from this end for you and there does appear to be an issue present concerning the equipment upstream power level that I'd like for an engineer to check.

The engineer replaced the router (Super Hub2 --> 3), and for the past few days it has been working great.
No connection issues, and the speed has also improved.
