Intermittent connectivity

I keep having intermittent connection issues with my router. Every few minutes i get no internet, on all my devices, wired and wireless.

here is network log if it helps

Hi jackmcbride, 

 

Thanks for getting in touch to let us know that you're having intermittent connectivity so apologies for any troubles.

 

I have tested the connection from this end and I noticed that your area cable's SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) are too low, this will explain the intermittent connection.

 

The reference number for this is F004822443 and is currently set to be reviewed 25/10/16. Should you require any further updates on this, post back on the forums closer to the date and we'll gladly take a look for you.

My phones are both dead. There is a message saying 'check phone line'. I have and cannot find any problem. The service checker says 'results inconclusive'. HELP

The best thing I would suggest is to contact Virgin on the phone, explain that line is dead.
[I take it you have tried a wired phone to confirm]

Any update on the issue F004822443? I'm still getting dropped off internet every now and then. Ping times are high also.

Something of note, I use wireles mainly, but used a wired connection the other day and windows is constantly "identifying network" and have no internet connectivity. I have also tried with Ubuntu and same issue. Could it be my hub?
