over the past few months I have been encountering an ongoing issue with broadband. My broadband intermittently looses a signal and disconnects. I have made several telephone calls to VM to fix the issue and each time i call the problem is fixed; however the issue reoccurs a couple of hours later. I also have error code c130 on my tv so unable to watch catch up. Can this issue please be fixed? It's driving me mad
Welcome to our forum, really sorry you have been having some problems with the broadband and TV, we have had a few intermittent issues in the area but fingers crossed they are now looking to be resolved. The hub is showing locked on for the last 4 days, is it all okay for you now?
