Installation issues

I live in a property that has three existing installations serving three flats

There are cables all over the place outside my property, loose across the driveway who do I contact as I cannot find any email i can use

use the live chat feature  http://www.virginmedia.com/contact-us.html click on something else then services live chat will be available or email Smiley Happy

Welcome to the community and thanks for getting in touch about the installation cabling issues.

I’m sorry to hear that the cables have been left in this way and I hope since you posted to us the other day that you have been able to get in touch with the teams to get this logged with them and that this has been flagged to the installation support teams for you.
