Can someone at the virgin team please tell if having to wait an additional 45 days for our Virgin Media to be connected is acceptable for a new customer? I have paid for the top package with superfast broadband. The installation engineer informed me that the earliest date for installation is 18th Jan 2017.
This is ridiculous !
I am within my cool off period and I am about 10 seconds from cancelling my subscription. There has to be a solution to this. Please can I get some form of action please !!
