I signed up for Virgin broadband on Jan 9. My installation appointment was scheduled for Jan 27. They cancelled the day before, and rescheduled for Feb 7. That was then cancelled, and they said they would give me a new date within 5 working days. It's been 7 working days and when I called the support line, they hung up on my call when transferring me. The chat line is unavailable. How do I get in touch and find out when my installation date is?
