Hub upgrade

Iv been with Virgin for years and still have the hub 1 upgrading to vivid 100 next month and was told by customer service that hub 1 ain't no different to hub 3 if this is the case then why has there been two upgraded hubs since then??surely there better and faster??and why haven't I received a upgraded hub even tho Iv been a customer for years

hub 3 is certainly different to SH1 in many areas especially wifi

give retentions a ring - dont get too involved just say the wifi is dire [which it is] and you need something better - should be free if you push but they may charge postage

dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - you are thinking of leaving us - dont worry about that they do much more - open 'till 8pm - 6pm on saturdays - closed sunday and the plus is its a UK call centre

Yes everything is working fine and a much impovement,spoke to someone at Virgin and they sent me one out straight away 👍👍
