I upgraded my virgin media package last night from 100mbps to the 200mbps psckage, and all of tonight its not connecting to the internet (3. Ready light on the Hub) is constantly flashing green. Tried restarts and checking cables etc. Service status seems fine and when run your tests says its not connected.

From checking your connection, the downstream power levels are too high at + 16 dBmV and as this can have an impact on your broadband I would like to book an engineer to adjust these for you. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) requesting some details.
