Hub offline - NO INTERNET HELP!

Hi

I upgraded my virgin media package last night from 100mbps to the 200mbps psckage, and all of tonight its not connecting to the internet (3. Ready light on the Hub) is constantly flashing green. Tried restarts and checking cables etc. Service status seems fine and when run your tests says its not connected.

Please help this is urgent, thanks

Looking at your connection, it appears that you are being affected by a fault in your area which is causing loss of service. The reference number is F004930402 and with a review date of this evening.

I will check this tomorrow for more updates and let you know.

Morning matthare2k,

 

Just wanted to let you know that the fault in your area has been resolved.

 

From checking your connection, the downstream power levels are too high at + 16 dBmV and as this can have an impact on your broadband I would like to book an engineer to adjust these for you. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) requesting some details.
