Just joined Virgin and setup my Superhub 3. The book says it will take 30mins to download software however it's just over 2 hours so far and counting. I'm assuming it's downloading software as it's the same light as the no connection light. Is there anyway of checking if it is still downloading or if there is a connection issue? I did call the activation line before installing the new equipment

The Hub 3 that you have can take a while to update it's firmware but it looks like you got there in the end. My tests show your Hub as being online and active
