this is my 4th hub already I've had 2 engineers two! I'll give the pin hole reset a whirl! I think I have TiVo but that won't work as the broadband won't work the engineer couldn't get it to do its thing! All so confusing! So glad I didn't cancel my sky!
I am so sorry about this. It's definitely not what how we'd like to welcome you to Virgin Media
But I have tested your broadband and it looks like that at least is now working for you. And your other service issues have been addressed too so hopefully soon everything will be online. Not the best start but things are now headed in the right direction.
