Hub 3 not activating

I have moved address and moved my virgin broadband along. My hub 3 will not activate at the new address and I cannot understand why. I have an engineer booked for the 27th. That mean 1 week with no internet. I already had one week without. Can anyone help out?

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble activating your broadband.

 

I've attempted to activate the Hub 3.0 by sending hits and rebooting but it doesn't seem to be responding. We'll have to wait for the technician to sort it out for you tomorrow.
