Hello, my hub 3.0 is losing internet connection frequently. its like on and off all the time. Im not the only one having the same truble. Friends family as well. And others - google it - (virgin hub 3.0 router frequently loses connection)
Any help? perhaps dawn grade to previous routher that works, or let use my own
ps: i sense that whole hub3 series manufacturing gone wrong at blueprint
Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Hub 3.0.
I've run diagnostics on your equipment and I can see an issue with your Upstream Power levels that will need to be adjusted. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange for a technician to take a look for you.
