Hub 3 errors

Received the Hub 3 today due to having shocking connection with the hub 2. Sales advisor said this could be a fix for it. Been without internet the whole day due to errors. I will post a link to pictures of what the box does.

It starts off turning on. Green wireless, then flashing internet green, then goes red after a while and the main light at the bottom flashes green and goes in a loop.

Did you ring in and activate the new hub?
