Hub 3 connection problem

Just set up the Hub 3 and both lights are green ...bottom light is white need a bit of help please

Yes already read that article @paultechy both the wifi and data lights are solid green

if the data light is solid green as the article "The internet light will flash when it is acquiring a connection and, once connected, it will remain on for 2 minutes before going off. It will also flash if the Hub 3.0 is downloading new software. Otherwise, the light will only remain lit or flash if there is an issue with the connection." i would be giving broadband support a contact via 150 / 0345 454 1111 online chat @ http://contact.virginmedia.com (using PC/laptop), since a fault somewhere
