Hub 3.0 not working

I have received the new Hub 3.0 and plugged . Connected the cabling . Called Virgin Media. Your colleagues sent an activation code and said it would take 4 hours to receive . The box has a green light flashing ...

Still waiting 24hours later and I do not have the internet and the green light is Flashing still ... what do I do now

Welcome to the community. I'm really sorry to hear that you've had some problems when setting up the Hub3 and apologies for the inconvenience this must be causing you. I can see an engineer visit has been booked which is great. If you get a chance let us know how the visit goes and any problems please just post back here and we'll pick it up.
