Hi. I have been having problems with my Internet for a while and on Friday an engineer came out and said it was the router, he swapped it for a new hub 3.0 but was unable to activate it straight away as there was a fault with the virgin server, but I was advised it would come online later that night. It still hasn't come online and is still searching for a connection. I have called virgin help line twice since then and there only answer was that they are sending an engineer out next week to sort it. Is there anything I can do to get it to come online? I need to get online for my business and don't really want to have to wait till next week!
