Hi, I've just performed the QuickStart process as instructed, but I'm not able to conect to the internet.
The Wifi light is solid green, the Internet light is flashing green, and the Base LED is solid white.
It's been in this state for over an hour. I just tried turning it off and on again but it's doing the same thing.

I ended up calling 0800 9530 9500.
Some super nice bloke called Patrick looked into things and found that the activation process has got stuck. He kicked it off again, and now I'm online
