My internet connection suddenly went down around 20:00 last night and I tried to reboot my router (Hub 3.0), but this did not work. Nothing has changed till now (10:00 am). The state of the router has been "DS scanning". I've checked that the internet cable is properly attached, without twists, bends and a physical damage, to the socket.
Although I'm not sure this could help, but here is the router status.
Your Hub appears to be faulty. Or perhaps there's a very localised fault. Either way my tests show that it is reporting a high number of power adjustments and insertion fails and I'd like to arrange for an engineer visit. Please reply to my PM (purple envelope icon, top right of page) and I'll schedule an appointment for you.
