Presume you have phoned the activation line etc.?
Also the initial install may have to download the latest firmware to the Hub, so that will take a while and will force a couple of reboots.
Also check the power levels, firmware version and state of Downstream and Upstream connections. They are all accessible from within the Menus on the Hub's web pages.

I have the same problem, its been over 24 hours. How long does the router take to update the firmware and how will i know its done? My phone line is due to change over so its been disabled therefore i cannot phone anyone?/
