Hub 3.0 base light

The base light on my hub 3.0 keeps flashing green and it doesn't mention anything about that in the manual or handout so what is the problem and how do I fix it? And I've already rest and turned off and on the the router

Re: Hub 3.0 base light

It means that the circuit is resetting, possibly due to some problem or the coax cables not tightly screwed in.

If they are tightly screwed in, you could log into the modem via the browser on 192.168.0.1, click ROUTER STATUS, copy & paste your downstream and upstream power levels plus the network log. We can see if there's anything obvious.

Re: Hub 3.0 base light

Hi Wadder95,

I'd love to take a look at this for you but am unable to locate your Hub details from here. If you are still having problems would you please either post an update on here from your home connection (so I can track your Hub) or send me a private message with your house number and postcode included (don't post this publicly!) - just hover your cursor over my picture and click on send message.

I'll then test things from here and see what I can do to help Smiley Happy
