Hub 3.0 Setup

Just plugged our new Hub 3.0 in and after ringing the activation number and being told it would take 30 mins to install, it's been well over an hour or so now and we still can't get onto the internet and the green light is still flashing.

Hi CLBrosnan93,

Sounds like the service has not yet been provisioned on your line or the hub is failing to lock on to any downstream / upstream signals, you are best to call customer service and get them to check.

I would certainly do a reboot of the router if not already, leave off for 10 min then reconnect, wait a 10 min and if still the same call customer services.
