Hub 3.0 Power Levels

Hello,

Can someone from Virgin please check my connection but also check to see if there is any faults or work going on in my area.

My Connection has been rather slow lately.

My Power Level's seem to be on the High side too Highest being 15.6 and lowest 13.9

If you need to Arrange a tech visit , Please feel free to book any day or time (Sooner rather than later) i will make sure i am home too. (Just let me know what day/time you book in PM)

Thanks

Stythinator/Colin

Re: Hub 3.0 Power Levels

Hopefully everything has been sorted.

Power Levels were far too high (Changed in the Cabinet now) without needing an attenuate on the back of the modem thankfully.

Modem was swapped out as it was faulty (Requested and got a nice Black One)

Cable just outside the front door was loose so that was sorted.

Lowest Power Level now is : 2.5db on the downstream
Highest Power Level now is : 4.5db on the downstream

Upstream Power Level now is :46.3db

Everything now look's in order and working really well (Engineer was actually my friend) lol

Thanks for posting an update!

I'm really glad to hear it's all been sorted for you. Also must be handy having a Virgin technician as a friend!
