How to order a new router?

Hi, my Router got knocked off the shelf and now rattles and intermittently loses connectivity on both signals.

How do I go about ordering a new one?

Contact VM by phone ... 150 on a VM phone or 0345 454 1111 on any other, and report the problem.  Since it's self-inflicted damage you may have to pay for a replacement.  Just be very polite and contritious and you might get away with it.

I have a white router and recent got a v6 box in black so they no longer match, am I able to change my router to a black one and if so would there be a charge?
