Hi there I'm a new customer and since Friday I can't register my superhub3

Since Friday after installation I am unable to connect or register with Virginia media. I called many times with no help. My hub home page says failure to register. Please help as no for 3 days now!

Call Customer Services. They'll fob you off with lots of excuses but finally book an engineer visit. There is a 10 day wait so get in now. I wish I'd never signed up!
