Help and advice

So, Virgin broadband was down for approx 4 hours on Monday and now broadband, TV and home phone are all not working (Eta fix time 4 hours).

Two questions: am I due a refund on my package cost (especially annoying as I was trying to work on Monday)

Secondly why when you provide a mobile number in exchange for updates on the problem resolution do you hear absolutely zip?

Your advice on how best to handle appreciated.

hiya @simonwhitwick I believe you only get a refund for each day its off e.g. 24hrs.. since if they where to apply refund would be doing package price divide by 28 days / 24hrs * 4 hours which might work out in pennies.
